New hotshot five piece grunge/alt metal band Bad Jelly are hoping to bring back the raw, heavy-riffing energy that Melbourne has been missing for a long time. Alex and Ty's guitars perfectly mesh for an aggressive heavy tone, Adam's growling bass keeps everyone grounded, Alec provides a heavy steady beat on drums and Mike's vocals provide the draw vulnerability of the grunge era
Border of Reason is a Melbourne heavy rock band blending hard rock, grunge and metal into a powerful, high-energy sound. Driven by soaring twin guitars, chunky bass and thunderous double-kick drums, the band delivers hard-hitting original music fronted by a raw, grunge-influenced female vocal. Formed in 2017 by lead guitarist Sanjin, the lineup is now complete with the addition of guitarist Matt, bringing even more depth and intensity to the band’s sound as they hit the Melbourne music scene.
Civilians are a three piece punk rock band from Sunbury, Australia. Cooper, Issac and Zak. formed the band out of their love for Silverchair, Green Day and Nirvana in 2025.
