Bollard 'Heat' Album Launch with Purrers

Melbourne six-piece Bollard bring their new album HEAT to The Tramway on November 28, joined by special guests purrers. This 3rd LP is their most substantial release yet, pairing punchy garage tracks with moodier, winding arrangements. Come down to hear the album in full live.

Bollard

Bollard are a Melbourne six-piece making unpredictable, guitar-driven music that draws on post-punk, shoegaze, art rock and noise. Since forming in 2018, the band have developed a reputation for intense live performances, restless songwriting and a distinctive balance of jagged guitars, hypnotic rhythms, melodic hooks and introspective vocals

Purrers

Purrers appear in the wake of Mope Burns' first EP. Melanie Jade Barbaro (vocals, bass) complements the offset guitars of David Andrew Turner, feverish drumming of Kristjan Blade Garcia Lamerton, and livesample-noise-percussion of local muralist Jaxon Bailey Banks.
