Piper Rodrigues and Ethan Calway

Ethan’s rise within the Australian country scene has been rapid and well-earned. A 2023 Gympie NAB Talent Search Grand Finalist and 2024 Toyota Star Maker Top 10 Finalist, he further cemented his profile in 2025 as a standout contestant on The Voice Australia, turning all four chairs and joining Richard Marx’s team — with Marx using his coveted Ultimate Block to secure him.

Known for his electrifying live performances, road-worn storytelling, and rugged, authentic charm, Ethan Calway continues to emerge as one of country music’s most exciting new voices.

“There are some artists you hear for the first time who make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up - in a good way, because you’ve sensed that there’s something pretty special going on. That is the case with Piper Rodrigues.”
— Sophie Hamley, Sunburnt Country Music

If country music is for the emotional aftermath, Piper Rodrigues is writing the part where the sting hasn’t worn off. Her 2026 single Whiskey Talkin’ charted on the Countrytown Hot 50, peaking at No. 25, and she’s showing no signs of slowing down.

Equal parts humour and heartbreak, Piper brings a fresh, feminine edge to country with big hooks, sharp lyrics and just enough bad behaviour to keep things interesting.

This November and December, Piper brings her debut EP, Lucky You!, to Brisbane, Newcastle, Melbourne, and Tamworth for her first headline show run.

Consider this your early introduction. Get in early, get to know the songs, and get ready to say you saw Piper first.
