STIMPIES - ‘DOING GOOD’ AUS TOUR

A tour-de-force of rock and roll energy.
Heroes of the Frankston underground.
Join them on a tour of the country that shaped their defining second album - ‘Doing Good’

It’s safe to say that 2026 has been a stellar year for Stimpies, the Frankston upstarts who have quickly blossomed into one of the country’s most exciting acts to follow. Their homegrown blend of alt-country Australiana and dirty garage rock has coalesced into their standout second album ‘Doing Good’ - a collection of songs & stories from the shared lives of the band.

Across twelve tracks, Stimpies portray a gallery of faces and connections - friends, lovers, families - and confront the interplay, euphoria and intensity of it all. Doing Good is a garden of shared lives, enriched by local and national communities that overlap and flower into a modern Australian oral history.

On Valentines Day, the band launched Planet of Love into the world with resounding success. Their first release in two years was met with a Rage Feature, airplay on JJJ and community radio, and over 500 fans singing along at its sold-out launch at the Night Cat in Melbourne.

This was followed up by Young Life - a rousing banger that channels Oasis and Eddy Current Suppression Ring with equal reverence. A crowd favourite before its release, it nearly broke the floor at its live debut in January at the Young Street Tavern.

The next singles - A Long Long Time and Counting The Days accompanied an east-coast tour that took the band to dive bars, mountain-tops and rainforests alike, and received widespread praise both at-home and overseas.

Other feature tracks include State of Things, Into Blue, and Ol’ Rainy.

Now, to support their first full-length release in nearly three years, the band is taking their rousing live set across the country, to swap stories and share rooms with some of the country’s finest upcoming acts.
